Founded in March 2018 and headquartered in Dickinson, North Dakota, Spooling Technology, LLC (“Spool-Tech”) provides downhole chemical injection solutions, specializing in capillary tubing and cable spooling. In addition to the headquarters, Spool-Tech has a second location in Midland, Texas serving the Permian and surrounding basins. In its short operating history, the Company has quickly built an unrivaled reputation for integrity, quality service, and safety. As a result, Spool-Tech has become a service vendor of choice for many of the premier oil and gas exploration and production companies with a growing list of Master Service Agreements (MSA) and repeat customers.
Spool-Tech is the pride and joy of Dan and Danielle Lessen. Dan (Founder/VP of Operations) is originally from Emden, Illinois and has been in the oilfield since 2010, where he worked on the downhole services side of the business as a completions superintendent, well services foreman, and field superintendent. Danielle (President) was born and raised in Alexander, North Dakota and came from the chemical safety side of the business. Prior to starting Spool-Tech, she worked for Champion Technologies as the regional safety rep for the Rockies Division. Dan and Danielle have five children; Grace, Sam, Landon, Lochlan and Sully.
When you call us, you are speaking directly with the owners, day or night. We hold ourselves to a bit of a different standard than the large service companies and that is by design. It is our intention to provide more of a personal service based on the needs of our customers than the cookie cutter approach of "this is how we've always done it".
